Spark Analytics
Web Design
UX/UI
OBJECTIVE
Create a website that is visually compelling and showcases the software service offerings and new branding for Spark Analytics, while seamlessly integrating with the client’s Hubspot instance.
SOLUTION
My role as the designer was to develop a quality, digital experience that brought the brand’s voice and branding to life visually, focusing on the cloud-based analytic services offered for the food and retail industries. To execute the project successfully, specific considerations were taken into account during the creative process:
Developed a site map and structure with the client and account team to determine total pages needed for launch
All page designs were created without final content, leaving it up to me to identify and recommend proper length that would be easily digestible for the user
Displayed complex product and service information in a clear, concise manner. The design used an effective color theme to make information easily accessible to the viewer without distracting them with heavy content and graphics
Custom design layout to fit within the Hubspot CMS backend
Found creative ways to showcase the software interfaces using parallax and subtle animations
All call-to-action elements, including buttons and text links utilized the orange color to emphasize and catch the user’s eye when navigating the site. Buttons were also strategically placed in the top and footer navigation of the site for convenient user accessibility
Sourced lifestyle imagery from stock photography to mirror the content messaging throughout the site. I selected photos with a warm color palette to accentuate the new branding and balance the cooler tone of the primary blue color
Created custom icons throughout the site based on new branding
Responsive design capable of adapting to any device
